This research aims to explore strategies for implementing modern organizational management in the context of classical Islamic boarding schools. The research method used is library research, with a focus on literature studies from various relevant sources such as scientific journals, textbooks, articles and research reports related to modern organizational management and Islamic education. The research results show that the application of modern organizational management concepts such as strategic management, human resource management, financial management, and information technology can make a significant contribution to improving operational efficiency, management transparency, and the quality of education in classical Islamic boarding schools. The integration of traditional values with modern management principles allows Islamic boarding schools to be more responsive to the demands of the times, while still maintaining their Islamic identity. This research also identified several challenges faced in implementing modern organizational management in classical Islamic boarding schools, including resistance to change, limited resources, and adaptation to new technology. In this context, a holistic and sustainable approach in developing managerial and institutional capacity is the key to increasing the success of implementing modern organizational management in classical Islamic boarding schools.
